Unfortunately, from time to time, we'll run across a problem we can't solve and it may be necessary to return a defective item.
We will always do our best to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We will also replace any hardware product that becomes defective over time within one year of your purchase. We are not responsible if the company that made this product no longer produces it or has gone out of business in that year. We pretty much try to follow this rule. 'If we can return it, you can return it.'
We offer free trials and demos of all of our software products. This is the method you can use to evaluate the software and make sure it serves all of your needs. Once you install it or receive the unlock code, you own it!
You must first call 717 764 9240 to obtain an RMA (return authorization) number from Tracer. You must then repackage the product with all included software, hardware, manuals, etc (incomplete systems are also subject to a restocking fee) and ship the contents with the RMA number prominently displayed to:

Packages arriving at Tracer without RMA numbers or descriptions, will either be refused or processed without refund. If you have shipped a product to us that becomes destroyed during shipment, you are responsible for any amount that is not insured.
We do our best to process refunds as quickly as possible on our returns. If you have returned a product but not seen a credit on your credit card, please feel free to call us and check. You don’t have to yell or anything else…we do make mistakes from time to time…though very rarely. We are always happy to speak with you.
